Tiles as compensation

Hi,
My flight was delayed for over two hours but less than three hours. Additionally the planes' wifi and IFE was not working for the entire flight. I completed the survey they sent me and got we are sorry here are 4 tiles. Is this the typical compensation they are now giving out? I did not ask for anything, but because of. my responses they sent me those tiles.
One time when I flew the WIFI and IFE system was not working and they automatically gave me a 50 voucher for future travel. I did not ask for anything.
What has been everyone';s experience these days?
