I'm looking at planning a ski trip in Europe but am not exactly sure where to start.
I have an IKON Pass which gives access to these resorts. The first 5 are somewhat close to each other and the last is further away.
Chamonix Mont-Blanc Valley, France
Zermatt Matterhorn, Switzerland
St. Moritz, Switzerland
Dolomiti Superski, Italy
Kitzbühel, Austria
Grandvalira Resorts, Andorra
Are any of these good? Bad? Skippable? I have skied at Zermatt and also have been there in the summertime, so perhaps that one is skippable. They used to give access to Breuil-Cervinia and Valtournenche in Italy, but now that's a CHF 52.00 per day addon.
This would be in early January. Have about a week. I am an expert level skier. Probably will rent all the equipment there. Not looking for something extreme like La Grave, just looking for something relaxing and will stay on-piste. It might be easier to go to resorts accessible by train instead of driving, though am open to driving if that is the best option. Also open to combining with other not listed resorts if convenient and better quality. I don't care too much about the quality of the town or the food/lodging, skiing is the most important. TIA!
