Wrong credit card details displayed against booking

Has anyone else found that when viewing their booking via the IHG app, it displays the wrong last four digits of the credit card used to book?

This is when viewing the Reservation Details for a Confirmation Number. The four digit credit card number next to Payment is not mine.

I first saw this in Auckland CP and thought they might have messed up a booking they created for me by adding someone else's payment details. It concerned me so much that I got reception to check my booking, and they confirmed that they had the correct card on file.

it's now happened again for a booking I have the day after tomorrow.

I have a feeling it happens when I am upgraded. Perhaps it's a bug in the backend process for upgrades / bookings processed by hotels?

If it happens for the booking after next, and/or someone reports the same, I'll report it as a big to the IHG app team...
