Guesting a friends & minors

Anyone know how this might pan out...

two friends of mine flying in Business from Doha. One of them is Silver, the other Gold on QR Privilege Club. The Gold member has 5 lounge passes. I like to join them in the lounge, flying Economy without status with my little one. Is there a way we can all go to a lounge together in Doha?!
