TCP (To Complete Party) on Iberia?

Hi all,

i was wondering if IB allows TCP like BA does.
I am BA Gold member and my sister (no OW status) is on the same flight but on another booking.
If i call IB to ask them to select seats for free for her, do i stand a chance?
