Apparently AA has issue not showing Rewards for selection from last LP Cycle. You have until March 31, 2025 to redeem. Most people holdoff redeeming if they have SWU rewards to get maximum usage time. Also if you want to gift status (like Gold for 2) you need to wait until mid to late March to redeem, since the gifting is valid for 30 days and you can't gift if someone is already Gold. Status expires March 31, 2025, so if you redeem say March 15, then you have til April 14 to gift - since Gold would expire March 31st - then you can gift between April 1 and 14.
