I'm trying to figure out why I have missing TPs (while the Avios posted) and I went to the BA Help/Contact page while logged into my account ( https://www.britishairways.com/conte...p-and-contacts ) and encountered a indicator of "Chatbot Offline".

I have a couple of questions in case anyone knows about this Chatbot..
1) does it have operating hours? (weird if that's case)
2) Do you actually get a rep if the automated bot can't address your questions?
