BA Holiday booked via Ibeira website

Greetings all

Was not sure where to put this, Iberia or BA forum, but since it was a package booked via Ibera but it states it is sold by British Airways Holidays and we put our BA Exec club numbers in as the FF program when prompted, I thought here would be ok.

So the reason I booked via IB website not BA was it came slightly cheaper as it gave a different flight option. The booking is for LHR-MAD-ALC and return. Outbound is BA then Nostrum, return is Nostrum then IB to LHR.

The booking has shown on my BA Exec club account but when I click on it it says:

Unable to retrieve booking

Sorry,We are unable to retrieve your booking for the following reasons:
  • The booking was not made on ba.com
Please visit iberia.com to retrieve your booking
So I goto IB website and put the ref and surname in, and it lets me choose my seats for all three flights but not the LHR-MAD outbound on BA aircraft, for that it states :

One of your flights is managed by a different company from Iberia.

To manage your booking, please log in to the company website with the relevant code
So IB tells me to goto BA, and BA tells me to goto IB... also I wanted to see how many TPs the trip would produce in the new (crappy) world, which I think I would need to see the booking in my BAEC account for that if I am not mistaken?

Any assistance greatly appreciated, as always.
