What is everyone using for building itineraries now that ITA is neutered?

I've been using ITA Matrix for many years, getting pretty fluent in all the complex routing language and so on. It's finally dead as far as I can tell. I've been using the "new matrix" or whatever for a bit since the change and it's not fun, besides the various bugs and glitches it's just a much worse user interface. I've experimented with Google Flights and a few other things but nothing really is gelling. I really want that ability to create "complex queries" at least straightforward ones like show me all the flights on these airlines that get in before this time and have at most one connection. Or similar, the kind of stuff that was a breeze on ITA.

Is there a reasonable alternative that exists these days? I've read a ton of the long thread on ITA to see if maybe there's something about the existing tool that I'm missing and I don't think so. It just seems to not be good enough any more.

Cost isn't really an object, I book a LOT of travel for myself and my team and am doing flight searches every other day or so. If there's a paid or travel agent type tool with a steep learning curve that wouldn't be disqualifying. Any advice?
