Delayed luggage, archaic process

My luggage did not fly with me on a recent flight to AMS, this can happen and as such not a huge problem. What annoyed me though is that at the service desk in AMS they are not able to link my personal details from my FB account to the missing luggage claim. Time is wasted on asking me to write down details such as address, email, phone number to create the report, all of this is available in my FB account….

maybe time for an IT upgrade?
