Renting a car from LHR T5 tomorrow for the week, great bargain the recent sale. Ive rented from Avis before but its asking for 2 credit cards & 2 utility bills
is that right? Literally never shown a utility bill in 20+ years of car rental. Who on earth has utility bills these days anyway. Do I need the dvla code too, I cant see that Ive been asked for that either. Separately I was in whatever the Avis scheme previously was, I tried to create a new account for the new free scheme, preferred I think, and now seem to have 2 account numbers but it cant log into either
the website is dire, just continually sent around in circles..anyone else experienced this? Ive been a long time virtuo customer in the UK for the exact reason of not having to deal with humans, the app was fantastic..so disappointed theyve left the UK. Thank you
