Does QR have transfer desk at ICN?

I am planning to travel to ICN via Korean Air and then self-transfer to QR without having to pass through immigration. No checked baggage.
I've checked with QR customer service and they told me that they don't have transfer service airside but Incheon airport website says otherwise.

Anyone has experienced this before and can please share you experience? I need visa to enter Korea so would like to avoid that at all cost.
