JAL First/Biz Birthday Flight: Special Requests Possible?

Hi all, I was fortunate enough to get a JAL First Class ticket departing on my birthday precisely (arriving +1 day ofc). Any chance JAL will notice & do anything special, or is it worthwhile to notify 'em?

Curious about the answer for J as well in case I manage to land that in the future!
