Would you forgo an inflight meal for FF miles?

As I’m wrapping up a hotel stay, this hotel offered a small amount of points to waive any housekeeping.

Along those same lines, would you hypothetically forgo the (first or main) meal on a flight for a nominal amount of FF miles?

Noticed JAL has a meal skip option (no compensation). I could see the use if it’s a late night flight and you’re just going to sleep anyways.
