Three weeks ago, I breezed through IAD GE.
Tonight, arrival at IAD. Many GEers. Two GE agents.
But both agents were conducting interviews, fingerprints, photos for conditionals. It took me 20 minutes to get out. I could see that the 'Passenger Experience Team' member was frustrated because she was hearing the complaints.
Is this a new practice re: GE interviews?
