I had a few stays using the sas hotels website, and in only one of them, I have not received my points. I called the Swedish number, they said they would look into it.
Then I got an email from them saying that I would need to contact the hotel.
The hotel says that they have no partneship with sas/hotels are are unable to give points.
Does anyone had a similar experience and know where else I can complain? I found it really hard to find any emails from hotels.com regarding this issue.
