No FFP number on boarding pass

I don’t know if it is correct to post here ..
I had experienced something new and weird .. flying out of Europe recently with EI and AY .. it seems that boarding pass won’t show any ffp number.. I put my AS number … asked agents to reprint boarding pass with FFP no .. they all said that it won’t show the number any more but it is in the system
