I have been able to access my flight reservation with the confirmation code until this morning. When I entered in the confirmation code along with the other information, I got a sort-of contradicting message saying that I did not enter in the correct information and if the flight was booked with Star Alliance award, I need to contact reservation desk. I just want to check in my flight but it seems like I cannot do it from my Aeroplan side too. Is this just a temporary glitch which happened before?
