Can someone confirm the rules to claim compensation for delays due to airplane fault and subsequent change of aircraft. We pushed back from gate on time but electrical fault meant we retuned and then moved to a new plane. We were scheduled to arrive at 0740am but touched down at 1033am inside the 3 hours limit but by time we got to gate, doors went to idle at 1038 but didnt open until 1048 so past the the 3 hour limit. Is it worth putting a claim in? Thanks in advance.
