My 2F to 2F connection at CDG got down to 33 minutes today (between actual arrival and departure times) due to a delay on the inbound. Not terribly bad in terms of walking to the next gate (although it was a direct nonstop walk from one plane seat to another) but given my experiences with AMS and the likes of ZRH etc I was more or less sure that the bag won't make.
Baggage tracking in the app once against wasn't working, so I sceptically went to the baggage belt at the destination just in case and voilà, my bag miraculously appeared. Given that I'm going on the road again in 31 hours, I'm relieved that I won't have to arrange for the bag to chase me all around Europe (and having clean clothes won't be bad either!) :)
CDG gets a lot of hate for its inefficiency, and a lot of it is deserved, but one should give credit where credit is due. This was quite impressive and made my life a whole lot easier than it would be if it happened elsewhere.
