Chase CSP application declined due to possible "fraud"

But it is really me. Called the fraud phone number and uploaded the required ID/documents. Was told to call again in 24 hours and I think it is a soft rejection. Never had this happened before. 800+ score and 2/25. Last Chase CC application was 15 months ago. I did close a Chase United Explorer Card last December.

Am I in "Chase Jail" or it is just how Chase does things now?
