BA flights not adding to IB+flight counter any more?

Hi all. I booked a cash fare with BA, MAD-LHR return both flights on BA metal. Put my IB+ number in the booking. The Avios and PE’s have come through in my IB+ account but the flight counter to move up status levels is still on zero. Is this the new reality or is this a mistake? Thanks all
