Flight booked at last minute. Regional NZ to Melb via Auckland for Sunday.
Expensive - U class on ticket TT.
Now I need to get to Auckland earlier.
All flights to Melb sold out for Sunday.
Agents x2 + on hold for 15 minutes with one of them while they investigated, have told me that no fare classes match on any of the domestic flights - heaps of seats but all pricey and as International flight is full cannot reticket me - I explained that I have what I think is one of the most expensive PE fare class so they must be selling a matching Y fare domestically and have just been getting - "computer says no replies". Best I have got is 'go to airport early on Sunday' and "im sure they will change it"
Surely there must be Y class - isnt there always Y class? Which is what I currently have. It makes no sense to me. I am trying to understand where "fully flexible" comes into play.
Any thoughts on what next? Would prefer certainly over just turn up and ask.
