not sure where to ask this question.... but, how do you go to "quote" page?

Every time I clicked "Quote" under notification drop down (meaning someone replied to my post), I got taken to Today's Posts page.... not sure if everyone also has this problem?

Where can I view my "quote" page?

I apologize if this is not the place to ask this, but delta is my go-to airlines, so I picked this place....
