My Platinum anniversary date is end of this month and I realized today that my trip from 2 weeks ago hasn't credited yet leaving me 9 XP short.
I called the Platinum line tonight and she was able to "manually process" it. I was originally booked FLR-CDG-YYZ, but due to a schedule change just a week before departure (yes I also filed for EU261), I was rerouted FLR-CDG-DTW-YYZ (last segment AF coded, DL operated). It was a paid business class ticket so the original return would have netted 45 XP. The new routing would net 60 XP. The PSL agent would only credit 45 XP for the original routing and not the flown routing. Is this correct? I didn't want to push the issue and endanger the XP not posting for my anniversary date. Now that am officially over the 300 threshold, should I call back later this week and ask for the flown routing?
