Honeymoon - Advice

Hi everyone, i would really appreciate some help/advice!
I want to book a honeymoon for a week, beginning of July. Where do I start??
How do I maximise points and get the best deals for flights, hotels etc obviously I want to go to the nicest places and pay as little as possible! I'm on a budget!
And where should I even go? (Somewhere warm, beach, romantic etc)
