I get quite vexed with Aegean as they never notify regarding schedule changes. I have a schedule change of 7 hours with a voucher applied to one leg. If I change to the next day will I lose the voucher, or will they open up a seat and manually apply the voucher? There is not J availability so the voucher will not reapply automatically, and since status has been renewed, the voucher itself would be out of date were it to be returned to my account.
That's the easy part. The hard part is that they called to collect the additional taxes but did not notified me of the schedule change that had taken place, not by by email nor during the call. I suspect I will have a hard time convincing them I didn't accept the new schedule at the same time as they called to take payment...
