Was booked on today's United Business First from Delhi to Houston. They cancelled it and rebooked me for Sunday. The agent on the phone is entirely unhelpful and told me it would "take forever" for her to get ahold of British Airways (which seemingly has seats on tomorrow's flight).
My question is what class of service on British I should be booked in. Business or First?
Don't know if it matters, but passenger is Premier Platinum and the flight was cancelled for "mechanical reasons".
Update: Agent came back and said there are seats but they don't want to reprotect me. Fantastic.
