The UA FB rep says customer care turnaround time is now six weeks!!??

I'm trying to get a fee refunded and I'm confident it will be eventually (I have a good reason that doesn't matter in this context), but six weeks???
The premier line says only CC can help me and won't give me a phone number. Anyone know some secret phone # for CC? Any other way to reach an actual person who can actually help? Should I just dispute the credit card charge? Will that get their attention?
I really don't mean to whine, but what do you all do when you have a complaint these days? Does the 1K line handle these things while the regular premier line won't? Is there some sort of secret handshake that gets you service in a reasonable time?
