Hello. I'm wondering how long partner miles should take to post. I'm still waiting on miles from December and then my return in Feb to post to AA. The partner airline was Etihad.
The outbound portion was 2 legs (JFK/AUH then AUH/MNL), only AUH/MNL have been credited. The return flight which was upgraded to business for both legs home. Neither have posted. I waited the 30 days before requested credit via the online tool but the miles still haven't shown up. I confirmed that my boarding passes had my AA number on there. What could be taking so long? What other steps should I take to get credit for the miles?
I feel that I've been patient but the December flight really should have posted by now at the very least, no?
