I find it a rather nice feature, similar to what many other airlines have on their FF pages. You can now easily see how many points/flights you'd need to reach the next tier in the Plus scheme.
So much flying/segments this year that it seems in terms of OW I will end up with BA Gold + AY Gold -combo for my next membership years, both starting after summer..
