When you contact CS does your account show all the previous contacts to CS?
Does having contacted them previously about problems and having received some miles make your new problem less likely to receive anything.
My issue is recent JFK flight to SEA delayed from 5:55 PM to about 7:30 PM in F and dinner not until near 9. My issue was the Samsung players were not working for some in F. No power to my seat and some others. Tried several different players but all no power. FA said captain would write up the problem.
Any likely compensation from CS?
