Virgin Atlantic Passengers Vent Fury on Facebook Over 12-Hour Delay

Due to sever thunderstorms, a Virgin Atlantic flight from London Gatwick to Orlando was diverted to West Palm Beach, Florida. After a lengthy holding delay and refueling, the crew was over their legal working hours. The passengers were forced to continuing waiting onboard while a relief crew was sent to West Palm Beach from Orlando so that the flight could reach its final destination. The entire delay lasted 12 hours. Passengers took to Facebook to complain about the hours spent waiting on the plane and the lack of refreshments.
