Most Current Available Seat Info

I (lowly FO) am (impatiently) hoping for an upgrade for an early Sunday flight from MSP to BOS. DL seat map shows 5 seats open in F as does the freebie portion of Expert Flyer. This has remained the same number available since immediately after the GM window. Flight Stats lists 1 (at least) available F/1 P/1 A/0 G/0 .

Can anyone explain the discrepancy between the Flight Stats and DL + Expert Flyer and care to take a guess at which site is correct?
