New MVPG here via a status match from Delta, just wondering how the Guest Upgrades certificates work? I see that these are applied at the time of booking, but there these basically auto-upgrades on coach fares for myself and companions? Are they used to put companions on the upgrade list? Just not fully understanding how these work.
