I booked a domestic UA oneway ticket for my mother over the phone with Amex. When I received the e-ticket as well as the booking confirmation, both we're issued for Mr. FirstName LastName but its's obviously Mrs. FirstName LastName as it is my mother. I subsequently called Amex and asked them to confirm that my mother would have no problems at check-in. Amex then called UA and confirmed that she was good to go and that UA had made an annotation in the system to be sure that check-in would go smoothly. Still, I'm not relaxed about this as my mother will connect to an international flight that she can't miss under any circumstances. Am I right to worry or should everything work out ok?
