This may fall in the bracket of "really dumb question" so apologies in advance to anyone of intolerant disposition (if it helps I promise not to mention JW Blue at all in this post...)
I have the second leg of an Avios flight coming up next weekend - I booked a UK domestic flight to London back in the summer and tagged on a further flight in zone 1 as part of the booking on the basis that it was a free option on a trip I might be able to take. I'm now definitely not going to be using it. Obviously there's no possibility of any kind of refund, but is it good manners/useful to BA/helpful to other pax etc if I notify BA that I'm not travelling? Or is it more likely that I'll spend 20 minutes in a call centre queue and then receive a "does not compute" kind of response?
Any insights appreciated :)
