On this particular flight the ISM greeting is different. She introduced herself and then said, "CX wants me to ask you are you satisfy with flying with us and anything we can do to make it better?", I was dumbfounded and asked "What?" She then said CX informed her to ask me that question because CX noticed my travel pattern with them have decreased (which is true, last two membership years I have averaged 150-160K per year, last membership year I barely cracked 100K).
1) It's great CX is being proactive in worrying about a sudden drop in their DM's travel pattern.
