KLM throw-away ticketing.

I have a one-way trip coming up next spring from North America to Amsterdam.

A one-way business class ticket from west coast to Amsterdam costs about $7500, but if I add a continuing flights from AMS to another city in europe and a third flight returning to north america in economy class, the fare becomes A LOT cheaper. (Paying lower fare for the itinerary but only planning to fly the west coast to AMS flight in business class)

If my only intention is to travel from west coast to AMS, will KLM penalize me in any form if i no-show for the 2nd flight leaving AMS? (things like taking my miles away for the first flown flight, which I will deposit to another partner airlines...)

And will KLM force me to check my luggage to the continuatin city if the 2nd flight leaves the next morning (itinerary contains a one-night stay in AMS, and the 2nd flight is booked as a separate segment)....??

How often does throw-away ticketing like this occur? I have never tried anything like this before, but given the pricing difference, I think this is a good time to do it for the first time.
