I have award flights booked before the 30th October massive devaluation dynamic pricing changes, for which I now need to change the dates. When I booked these awards, it was on the basis of being able to change to any available award seats for a £30 change fee. I'm guessing it's no longer that simple, at least in VS's opinion...
