Taxi from Dubai airport DXB advice

Hello all,

Looking to take a taxi from Dubai airport to the Burj area. Last time I was in the UAE (8 years ago), the taxi tried to scam us by asking for extra $100 USD highway fee, it was completely ridiculous.

Does anyone have any advice as to what taxi's to take, the approximate fare and scams?
