I plan to book a fully refundable flight ticket, but I don't fully understand the definition of a fully refundable policy. Here are my questions:
- If I pay $1,000 to book a fully refundable ticket, I understand that this amount is fully refundable as long as I dont make any changes.
- If I change my flight to one with a non-refundable fare and the fare difference is $100:
- Once I make the change, will the entire ticket become non-refundable ($1,100)?
- Or will only the fare difference ($100) be non-refundable, while the original refundable amount ($1,000) remains refundable?
