I have been reading a lot of reports from various forums on SQ use of seat belt sign. It appears that despite smooth flying the seatbelt sign has often remained illuminated. Also even when of, one hour and half before landing, pax are told to put business seats into upright position and this is even before seat belt sign is on!
Any other views? I know they had a fairly nasty experience a wee while ago with clear air turbulence, but are they going to extremes now?
