Beware:
My usual workflow following a ticket purchase on alaskaair.com is to print the receipt as a PDF. I was reviewing a trip on the website that I'd changed a few days ago (had add/collect of $17) and was surprised to see the original itinerary, not the changed one. I have a "receipt" with the words "Your Confirmed Reservation" in its title, and words of "Your VISA ending with ****XXXX has been charged a total of $17.00" and so on, with the changed flight shown.
On closer inspection, the E-Ticket field reads "Not available"! (Turns out I've not been charged anything.) I was able to reattempt the change today, this time it worked. I'd be a bit salty if I suffered a higher fare due to this. Seems like I'll need to check the contents of the receipt in future.
