Baggage Process? LHR > Beijing (PKX) > Chengdu (CTU)

Hi there,

I’m flying China Southern Airlines from LHR to Chengdu (TFU) via a stop in Beijing (PKX).

This is all on one ticket booking.

At Beijing will I have to pick up my checked baggage and check it in again before the Chengdu flight??

I have an approx 2 hour layover in PKX.

I will be doing the same flight in reverse one week later.
