- Go to www.hyatt.com/reservation/find
- Enter my reservation details
- Click "Modify Room Type"
- Click on "Keep Room"
- Compare the "Total Cash Per Room" vs. my current rate
- Check cancellation policy to see if it can still be changed
- Confirm rebooking if rate is lower and I'm within cancellation policy
