Anyone have any tips on how to escalate my screw up. I had until March 26, 2025 to spend $5k to get 80,000 Southwest points. Thought I nailed that in Jan/Feb and waited and waited for the points to show up. Finally called this week and was told no dice by $78. The great CSR escalated to get 5 day extension (Mar 21-26) thinking that MIGHT weigh favorable to keep me in a potential 30 day grace period window (dont even know if that exists). But I made a quick purchase and paid if off which took off 2 days of my 5 day extension. Called back today and no got system triggered response based on being more than 3 weeks past promo period so nothing we can do response. Ima long time Chase Ultimate rewards customer with many cards including the Saphire Reserve. Can anyone suggest some ideas to escalate for a real human to look at this small, but untimely mistake I made?!
