Trying to get a sense of the best way to accomplish this now that we all have flown a complicated itinerary which included some segments that credited to Alaska's FF program but one that we suspected would not be eligible there but for which AA will credit. We have the BPs, and the 4 credits that needed to credit to AS are now showing credited. The remaining segment has our AS BP numbers on, but it is not eligible for crediting and so they did not credit it. When I seek credit from American (it is a fairly long and not inexpensive business class flight) is there a way to flag that although the BPs for this segment have an AS FF # on them ,they did not credit there? Any tips on how to do this with the least amount of run around?
