Booking with a Spanish name

I've just made a booking for a friend with a Spanish name on Hotlines.

Let's say his name is José Luis Flores Zarate (two first names and two surnames).

Upon making the booking I entered the name exactly as I wrote it above and checked various times. Now that the booking has been made and I've received the confirmation, the name is spelt JOSE LUIS FLORESZARATE, and in MMB I've seen it written both Jose Luis Floreszarate and Jose luis Floreszarate.

Is the combined last name and the missing accent going to cause any problems? Having searched already, I don't believe there'll be a problem with the surnames but I'm not sure about the accent. What about entering APIS - how should the names be entered?

Finally, we want to set him up an EC account - will we have any problems regarding his name and linking the booking to his EC account?
